that was kind of a cool video. i think that would be a great promotion for high schoolers and perhaps middle school--just to show a great aspect (both in the non brutal and in good clean fun) of modern-day grappling. kids these days need more positive and healthy activities than playing on their cell phones etc etc. get out and live!!!

@drseth00789 and if you knew anything about frank mir you would know that he was clearly out of shape in this grapple, still trying to regain his feet in the ufc (due to life threatening accident) and also to top it off just coming off a shoulder injury (wikipedia- 'Frank Mir was scheduled to fight Antoni Hardonk at UFC Fight Night 9 on April 5, 2007, but had to drop out due to a shoulder injury.') So there you go, Frank will get the title back and i can't wait to hear the haters then haha
