I think Pogo forgot Ritalin. He´s so poor. :( My brother also have ADHS, but normally in this age you haven´t it so heavy, if you took enough medicine the years before. It´s so sad. :(

I feel your bros pain.. I also have ADHD, and believe me, the medications dont help for sh*t, they just make it worse (well in my case anyway) like you said, it should get better as the time passes by, but even if it still exists in adulthood, just learn to live with it, it isnt that bad when you learn to except it.
