This case is fantastic. I just bought it today, I can't wait for it to come in the mail this week. Everything's hand painted, it's just really personal and incredible. I ended up getting mine for 69$ after shipping because I found a coupon code for it. Great company, really nice, and they have some really sweet looking designs. (:

not a big fan of this case, and no way I would spend $99 on this either. It looks like those heavy duty cases I used to put my baseball cards in as a kid, good review though.

Why is it a "Liquid case"

That's just the model name of the case. It's made out of injection molded, high-impact polymer.

Our first cases were made out of machined aluminum, hence the name "Liquid" for a plastic model.

nice review. I'm not convinced about the case tho its like the polar opposite of the iphones design and for $99. neat idea but if it has a slightly less bulgy look to it i might like it some.

actually when you order the case you get a free lid

yes it comes with the lid, you can buy them separately for $19 also if you want more than one lid in a different color.

Ok, this case does indeed look awesome. Very unique, looks like it protects very well.

The problem I see with it is it adds a bit of bulk(there's bigger cases out there), but that magnet screen cover thing would honestly drive me nuts after a while. If they had some kind of flip hinge for it that'd be cool. This is also one of the few cases that looks like I'd use with a beltclip, but they don't have a beltclip for it.

Very cool looking & unique style! However, I thought I'd add some of my perceived negatives.

- Hassle to install/uninstall

- Appears to add a lot of bulk

- They don't make a belt clip for it

The belt clip issue is probably the biggest problem for me since I take my iPhone to the gym. An oversized holster may do the trick though.
