- i think you should try using useful terms for people who don't have as much money as you do.. when you say 'cheap', it's not cheap for most people.

I work at the express on Michigan Ave. and express is allll about customer service! Whoever you spoke to must have been a new employee or something because we always call other stores to see if they have an item for our customers. Sorry that happened to you!
