@LOVEMYLIFE003 Only SHINee (not whole SM Town) visited to London to promote their debut concert in Japan (from July). They did a short live concert in Abbey studio for some selected Japanese fans (and a few Briish fans who won competition). It was supposed to be a simple promotional thing only for their Japan debut, not expecting there were also European fans waiting outside and that's why they couldn't prepare for anything for Euro fans and were quite confused & surprised.
