I love how people try to correct others and fail at it.

1) No it's not. You can only approximate japanese with latin letters anyways, so you can pretty much spell it however you like as long as you get the sounds right.

2) Does that really matter here?

3) There is no (grammatical) plural in the in japanese, so the correct answer would be "don't attempt to use japanese words if you don't actually speak japanese". Anyways, it wouldn't be "bakas" either way in japanese.
