i have read it, and you're right, it doesn't apply to us citizens. the thing is, once you are declared an "enemy combatant" you are stripped of citizenship. also, the procedure to declare someone an enemy combatant is "the president (or his delegates) just declare it on a whim". no courts or evidence are involved at all.
why should we our so called leaders don't respect us an the only reason the foreigners resect us is because of the free cash the get if they get a greencard
