I'm glad that Disney got rid of Eisner! He was such an idiot! I'm glad they know got Robert Iger, John Lasseter, and Roy E. Disney. These three guys seem to have the genius in them that Walt Disney had. GO IGER, LASSETER, and DISNEY!

This is the edited version of the intro that appeared before Disney Channel reruns of the Muppets' still-not-on-DVD (WTF???) John Denver Christmas Special. The longer version of this intro appeared on NBC's Magical World of Disney rerun of Muppet Family Christmas. In the longer version, we see Kermit talk with the Goofy hat over half his head, which is absolutely priceless. Then Mike puts in a tape of Muppet Family Christmas, and has to direct Kermit to which way the TV is.
I remember this quick commercial with Kermit and Michael Eisner just before the Christmas special of "A Muppets Family Christmas" was on television, which I think should be available for Christmas every holliday season.
Eisner is a money-grubbing, corporate scumbag. And those are his good points. He couldn't give a rat's you-know-what about artistic integrity. He'll exploit anything he can to make a buck. Good riddence!

you know it was this guy who was behind throwing out all the disney classic-animation drawing desks. not just stop them, but literally throw them out - just because he felt that the money was in CGI animation. Walt Disney would be turning in his grave over this.
Why did the press start saying that nobody wants to see 2D animation anymore? What people don't want to see is a bad movie!
They hate him because at the time he was threatening to replace the voices (among other things) and the Henson team worked like a proper family business, until Henson's death nobody imagined anyone else doing Kermits voice, now most of the voices have been replaced!
wow very nice I love this rare stuff you have...say what people will but Michael Eisner was the muppets last saving grace in my opinion...I have a bad feeling about how they are going to be handled at disney now that he's gone...
