It's because this guy doesn't smoke cigarettes properly. My dad did alot of tests with cigarettes and smokers. Based from his cigarette (A light/it has holes in the filter, hence the pattern of the filtration) and the way the corners of his mouth move/his throat moves in an up and refractory manner indicating slight gag reflex, it's easy to determine he doesn't smoke often, or his body and throat cannot handle large or harsh volumes of smoke.
