This the short set of Tachiuchi no Kurai (known as Tachiuchi no Kata).

Couldn't catch Uchitachi's name, but Shidachi: Kyoshi 8dan, Mitsugi Sensei

Yes, in the middle is Mugai Ryu Wakizashi no Kata. There is one more person listed as Tachi(standing)-iai but is unseen.

I think it is Muso Jikiden Eishin Ryu. One of the tags for this video say "musoujikiden"

I don't know much about the kumitachi of MJER, but the pair on the left may be doing Tachiuchi no Kurai.

I think the announcer says that the two in the middle (on the right side of the screen on the video) are doing Mugai ryu wakizashi no kata.
