Their long courtship is sweet and cool, in the way it's presented. However, the passion seems muted. It's almost as though they are afraid to have sex. Maybe that is the unstated, unconcious message here. Or perhas Luke is afraid of getting close. First it was Luke pursuing Noah. Then he pulls back. Or maybe Luke is playing hard to get. I have to admit, it's confusing and seems untypical to gay life. But even so, it's romantic and I like it.

College, moving away, and death are the three most cliched ways that actors and actresses leave soaps when their contracts are up if they don't want to stay. College and moving away just leave an outlet if the company wants to get another actor to take the part. (Death can be an outlet like that too, but that's another story.) lol.
i love scenes like this (not that i don't like luke and noah together) but i like when ppl interact with ppl other than their significant other and or parents/children... sometimes it seems like everyone's in little groups and each group doesnt realize the rest exist... which doesnt make sense in a small town

Re-watch this scene and listen how the music transitions from flirty plucked strings (when Nuke are talking suggestively) to more sweeping, orchestral sounds as they begin to discuss their romance in other terms. Very well done!

We need to embrace the story and watch as it unfolds and be patient.
Luke and Noah are interesting characters that fans have grown to love and support which is amazing!

i love scenes like this (not that i don't like luke and noah together) but i like when ppl interact with ppl other than their significant other and or parents/children... sometimes it seems like everyone's in little groups and each group doesnt realize the rest exist... which doesnt make sense in a small town

Re-watch this scene and listen how the music transitions from flirty plucked strings (when Nuke are talking suggestively) to more sweeping, orchestral sounds as they begin to discuss their romance in other terms. Very well done!

I kinda like this, the "normal" conversation, like how a niece might have with her aunt about her boyfriend. Question though was Luke always meant to be the girl, cause clearly!

My teeth ache from the utter sweetness of those scenes between Meg and Luke. I can't believe that she was telling him that taking things slow would be a good thing. Meg has NEVER taken any of her relationships slow on the show. From Diego right up to Craig. She's always jumping into bed with her latest man.

This comment proves that drama show writers dont even pay attention to what they write from day to year. If one studies any given show, one begins to notice, after couple months, the numerous contradictions regarding storyline continuity. Yes Im nit picky, thats the way I am, I like a story that makes sense AND has happy ending.
