  • best one hands down browsman is the BEST bound ever

  • Smooth like Bronhom

  • best gun barrel then casino royal because i thought there would not be one and the it just put it in

  • Best Gunbarrel ever :p

  • I dunno why, but this one always sounds epic-er and badass-er than all other Gunbarrels!

  • i always liked the sound to this one

  • HIs stance is so direct and deadly, definitely the best gun barrel sequence.

  • I'm getting this movie for Christmas

  • One wonders what happened to the Gun barrel sequences Pierce Brosnan shot for The Living Daylights. I know they didn't recycle them, but they did shoot them. I wonder if they kept them?

  • the fact daniel craig plays bond in goldeneye on the wii really pisses me off. brosnan always!

  • best gunbarrel!

  • Wow, awesome quality (for being YouTube) on both video and sound! Great!

  • Pierece was a good bond shame after this film he got shite american style over the top scripts. If he had better producers on his side he would of been my favourite, shame he got bad films. i.e. die another day 'im checking out', when would bond say that........

  • this gunbarrel sequence is the best ive seen , good pace , great music and the gunbarrel itself is really cool.

  • brosnan was a great bond , just a shame the writers and producers gave him garbage like 'tomorrow never dies' , 'the world is not enough' and 'die another day'. his best was 'goldeneye' , ther rest were terrible !

  • @The08Joker (While Brosnan's best Bond movie) GoldenEye is still bad in my opinion. Other than that, I fully agree with you.

  • @m3dion You must be blind, you wanna talk about bad movie, go watch a view to a kill or moonraker.

  • @BHerbs2009 Compare Goldfinger to GoldenEye and then tell me the latter is a good Bond movie. Moonraker and AVTAK are much better than GoldenEye in terms of Bond feeling and Bond elements, but as far as movies go, I'd rather watch GE.

  • @m3dion I think Goldeneye is superior to Goldfinger any day. To me the only reason i would ever consider watching moonraker is because Jaws is in it, AVTAK is decent because I liked the villian.

  • @BHerbs2009 I think Jaws was a joke in Moonraker. Max Zorin was a decent villian.

How anyone can consider GoldenEye a better Bond film than Goldfinger is beyond me, but you're obviously entitled to your own opinion. I think we can agree that the music in Goldfinger blows the music in GoldenEye out of the water, though, haha.

  • @The08Joker

The worlds npt enough was done really well

  • @fanboyismsucks

    Not*

  • @The08Joker WHAT? I can agree that Die another day was bad but Tomorow never dies the world is not enough were great. They had all they needed for a 007 cars and gadgets, and women.

You wanna see bad 007 movies? watch the new ones.

  • @fabioproductions DAD sucked. TND was extremely forgettable, had potential but didn't cut it for me. The same goes for TWINE.

  • @fabioproductions I watched Die another day yesterday for the first time, and I like it a lot, even more than Tomorrow never dies.

  • @fabioproductions Tomorrow Never Dies was boring. TWINE on the other hand would be as good as GoldenEye except for a few things, one Denise Richards, two the bad jokes (which were fewer than in TND) and bad dialogue (revolving around Denise Richards) and three the dumb Bond villain gimmick (If he had a bullet in his brain he'd be comatose).

They never really gave either Pierce Brosnan or Timothy Dalton a fair chance, and they were better and much more natural choices than Daniel Craig was.

  • @The08Joker the new produces took over after Goldeneye thats why, Albert died the original producer after goldeneye

  • Best music for the gunbarrel scene.

  • @leftarmchinaman I agree with you

  • Watch the video, hit replay and then keep pressing 4. It sounds like Jaws, lol.

  • epic bond theme =]

  • This is what CGI should be used for. Sleek and sexy openings and the music just makes it all the more epic ;)

  • @LukeMM95 Agreed, IMO the Transformers movies are cringe fests ass nothing is real. Mad Max is epic as all the stunts were real.

  • Best Bond ever

  • Nothing compared to OHMSS'S gunbarrel!

  • The thing I like most about this gunbarrel sequence is that I believe it was the first one in which Bond doesn't hesitate to shoot. He just turns and shoots.

  • I love Eric Serra.

  • OH BTW 007 GOLDENEYE IS TOP 5 BEST MOVIE

IN THE WHOLE SERIES SIMPLY BECUZ OF ITS STYLE, ACTORS AND STORY

PLUS THE NINTENDO 64 GAME :D

  • i still jizz in my pants when i hear it

  • the best intro for me, captures the movies location, and Russian theme.

  • brosnan is my favorite bond, period. Womanizer, cool headed, and gets shit done.

  • @c0dead Too bad his movies are the worst in the series along with Quantum of Solace :P

  • @m3dion lol your smokin crack, worst in the series thats funny but i cant argue with quantum being horrible

  • @allthingsclassicrock I'm smoking crack because I think what I think? Compare Brosnan's movies to the likes of Goldfinger or Octopussy and then come tell me GoldenEye - Die Another Day have the Bond feeling.

  • @m3dion i've always thought that goldfinger was a little overrated. yes, it was the first "real" bond movie with gadgets etc. but i'm not a big fan. octopussy was one of roger moores betters ones, but yes i think brosnans movies compare it has everything those movies do except with a modern twist

  • @m3dion What are you talking about? I just watched Octopussy, just now, and you know what my reaction was? Laughter. That movie sucked.

  • @TheDCmatrix And that matters to me because...?

  • @m3dion I dunno. Just stating my opinion. I don't want to get into another comment fight, because it's not fun.

  • @TheDCmatrix Don't get me wrong, I don't want to start a comment fight either. The thing I'm saying is Brosnan's movies don't have any Bond feeling. That's all.

  • @m3dion That's just your opinion, and I'm glad you have one, that what this country is all about. But Brosnan Bond is the Bond I grew up with, so that's the Bond I like. Craig, however, is the BEST!!!

  • Still my favorite gunbarrel after all these years. The sound Eric Serra did for that was beyond superb. It was different in a very good way.

  • yeap best bond movie and gunbarrel of them all

  • My favorite gunbarrel sequences... "GoldenEye" (just awesome all around), "License to Kill" (because the music really reflected the darker, more violent tone of the film), "Casino Royale" (sue me, I loved how its origins were revealed, it was cool to see it incorporated into the actual story), and "Dr. No." (It's the original, and started it all, so I gotta give it major props.) My least favorite is the Matrix-rip-off "Die Another Day" gunbarrel. Too tacky.

  • Best gunbarrel, best Bond, best movie!!!

  • bronsan was meant to be bond

  • Comment removed

  • The best audio & visuals. The barrel itself looks like a polished jem!

  • this seems so slow compared to the quantum sequence.

  • This (to me) was the start of the modern Bond.

  • @halifaxboyns I agree with you on that. I think it was the break up of the Soviet Union that offically caused the switch to the modern bond films

  • @DASCO2136 That doesn't justify for the producers completely changing the style of the Bond movies. After The Living Daylights, the producers obviously got a lot of inspiration from other action movies, and therefor, Bond wasn't the same in Licence to Kill or any of the Brosnan movies. Casino Royale kinda brought it back on track again, but then came Quantum of Solace, and don't even get me started on that.

  • @halifaxboyns

    I second that!

  • I keep replaying this. I can't help it. It's so aesthetically pleasing to hear.

  • Still Waiting on the Blu ray you fuckers

  • 66662 visnigar/views please 4 more then 66666

  • best gunbarrel for one of the best bond films!

  • First Time Bond uses automatic weapons and doesnt care of collerteral damage, but with style. Not this James Bourne crap with Daniel Craig.

  • wow all the other bonds

    dalton, connery, moore

    all coruch down and shoot

    he s confident

  • cool theme, but wasn't really bond esque.

  • hey! remember me! can you email this video? I'd really appreciate it!

  • Smooth and cool

  • I would really like to have this as a complete Bond them, not just the barrel sequence.

I have searched but never found anything.

  • @1989Goodspeed just type all 007 gunbarells. it worked for me

  • can you send me this please mate?

  • Satan! Nästan 60.000 views! Grymt Eric :D

  • @DrAnton9409 Haha, a, tyvärr var de ju inte en video jag gjort själv om jag säger så... men 60.000 views är ju självklart bra :)

  • This intro practically screams '90s Bond. Maybe it's the computerized effects and the conga drums. I like it a lot more than the ones afterwards myself. Maybe just my tastes, but I prefer this intro over the electric guitars on the GoldenEye game.

  • The theme song was cool, well the melody , the words made no sense, but this movie missed John Barry's great scores.

  • The best Brosnan score by far.

  • @RogueRotting360 Agreed. David Arnold is pathetic. The producers need to get rid of him straight away! His scores are bland, generic, interchangable and boring.

  • The Goldeneye GunBarrel is the only one with the accurate sound of the Walther PPK.

  • @BeeABaw You're right. It's a cool sound too. Fantastic gun as well, I'm glad they brought it back for Bond in Quantum of Solace.

  • Am I crazy or does this feel like a Dalton movie to anybody? I know Brosnan isn't Dalton, but it really has that feeling like it is.

  • @Bouncer9000 Goldeneye was written for Dalton before he quit the role

  • @hanllidk Yep, you're so right.

  • @m3dion Makes me think about how much better the next 3 Brosnan movies could have been if they'd tried to make the plots decent

  • @hanllidk the first draft was but the script went through extensive re-writes after Brosnan was cast. Making M a woman, making Trevelyan agent 009, dumping Pushkin, etc.

  • @hanllidk That's why it's Brosnans one and only good one. It was intended for Dalton.

  • @Pinesol131 couldn't agree more

  • Can you give me the url to this video?

  • @wtyopa

    /watch?v=5w8rUWzQHUM

  • If I did a Bond movie, I'd do it with Daniel Craig and Britney Spears as a bisexual Bond girl villian.

  • @AJGreene007 I'd put Bear Grylls in it. His bond girl can be Mike Rowe.

  • The Music and sound is what makes the gun barrel sequence. I love it!!!!!!

  • my fav of all the gunbarrels

  • Most believable plot of the Brosnan movies this one had!

  • @O2H1984 Yeah, without question. It wasn't really that believeable anyways, but compared to the other Brosnan Bond movies... it really was.

  • @m3dion IDK it was pretty belivable(At least as far as the idea of the Agent going bad and wanting revenge on the people that betrayed him to begin with) But yeah if you compared it to the other brosnan ones it was more belvable

  • @O2H1984 It is also one of the best Bond films to date. It was such a gritty film. Loved it!! I loved the way they were both double o's too. Because in the old Bond films the double o's always had a small part in the films (Octopussy) and others, and it is great they brought them back into the story. I also loved the female villain and her crushing thighs haha Hilarious

  • @ADMediaEmpire Now where you say gritty, that is where I draw the line. Now I am not saying that the action in this movie was not great. Far from it; however, if you say gritty you should put that phrase behind the movie Casino Royale with Daniel Craig. Now there is some grit! It is one of the only Bond movies to show as human and not superhuman, as with the previous movies.

  • @O2H1984 a bond movie should need a believable plot there supposed to be fantasy.

  • @JTNews90 what does this comment have to do with the previous one I made? Grit and fantasy are two different things.

  • @O2H1984 The World is not Enough was the most believable, but Goldeneye was THE BEST anyway.

  • @O2H1984 i think TWINE was pretty realistic

  • @tqb43 Huh?

  • @tqb43 oh okay... that's your opinion.

  • The best gunbarrel in my book!

  • have em all and love em all,

  • When I first saw this in the theater I was blown away -- not only because it had been so many years since being treated to a Bond Gunbarrel sequence, but because it was very well done!

  • This is my favorite of the gun barrel sequences, the effects are sleek and the music is just amazingly pleasing to the ears.

  • To right!

  • Sexiest Gun-barrel to me!!! Plus Brosnan was the first Bond to have the new 3 Dimensional Shiny Gloss Gun-barrel Look for his Bond films!!! Although Timothy did have a nice walk to his!

  • bet movie ever!

  • The music in this gunbarrel sequence sticks with me above all others, making this my #1 favorite... followed closely by Casino Royale.

  • agreed.

  • an awesome comeback fro james bond

  • It certainly was!

  • best gunbarrel of them all

  • best gunnbarrel ever!

  • Absolutly sci fi the music. Was composed by Eric Serra, the same composer of the Fifth Element's score movie.

  • I'll always's love the Goldeneye Gunbarrel. So sleek , and Pierce was on fire in that movie.

  • By far the best gunbarrel sequence in James Bond history. The music, the timing, the movement, the speed. It's all absolutely perfect!

  • Brosnan gets the job done! Daniel Craig doesn't look much like a bond, more like some soccer coach.

  • Out of all 22 Gun Barrel scenes.... this is THE BEST!!!

The music is AWESOME and Brosnan looks MEAN!

  • daniel craig gun barrel in quantum of solace was too predictable, no surprise element. The walk was too hasty, look like he he's running and scared of something

  • Pierce brosnan's gunbarrell always better than daniel craig

  • The big problem with Daniel Craig is that his Gun Barrel sequences are not at the beginning of his James Bond Movies/ That really sucks.

  • this will always be my favourite bond gunbarrel =)

  • agreed.

  • mine too!

  • @GhostfaceKILLA1188 it has the best audio

  • if anyone wants this gunbarrel let me know i have got a decent quality version of it

  • check video response for the links

  • One Of My Favorite Gun Barrels.

  • ej mate can i get this video?

  • its so shiny *_*

  • HAHA, i know xD

  • Does anyone have an mp3 file of the music for this sequence?

I bought the soundtrack for the film, thinking that it would be included, but it's not.

This is my favorite gun barrel sequence, so if anyone has a copy or can send me a link, it would be greatly appreciated.

  • I am in the same situation, I second your request

  • I can get it for you

  • same here ill make one and send u it if u want all i need is a very hq vid

  • yes send me a pm if you still want it

  • Please send me one please. Thanks.

  • check video response there are links in that vid

  • Retro for what era? It sounds more progressive and modern then the majority of the bond themes even today.

  • like this gunbarrel theme it's unique compared to other Bond films

  • I hate the Die Another day one but this one sounds modern but very cool, it got the balance just right.

  • Comment removed

  • the best by a mile , my fav plus the music is cool.

  • this my favorite gunbarrel

  • Comment removed

  • This was the best bond that Brosnan was in.

  • @navyseal1000 The Brosnan era (save Goldeneye) was the worst era for Bond movies. It was such a box-ticking era for Bond. It's like the producers decided to throw in every single Bond cliché into each film and forgot what's even more important than that such as a solid narrative, characters, direction, score. When they attempted to give the film some depth (The World Is Not Enough) they failed miserably. Brosnan himself was pathetic too. More of a L' Oreal model then Bond.

  • @Pinesol131 Sean Connery is my fav Bond, Goldfinger. Goldeneye in my opinion is Pierce's best film he did as Bone, all the others sucked and were overrated.

  • @navyseal1000 Lazenby and On Her Majesty's Secret Service are mine. I agree, though, Goldeneye was Brosnan's best and the rest utterly blew. The fact that Goldeneye was initially written for Dalton helped the cause greatly too.

  • @Pinesol131 Lazenby did good, but most people think, like me, think he tried to act like Sean Connery, like take over his whole role. That's the only thing I did not like about him, and plus he was kind of dull. But he did alright as far as playing Bond, just no Vodka Martinis

  • @navyseal1000 I find this accusation one of the most misguided judgements in the series. I think there were physical similarities between Connery and Lazenby. However, when it comes to how they each approached the role, the similarities end. I've added you as a friend so I can message you my full thoughts on this subject.

  • @navyseal1000 I think The World is Not Enough was awesome too... but agreed that this one is brosnan´s best bond movie

  • @hector8927 Absolutely.

  • @navyseal1000 Sean Connery!

  • @mofunzonecom Sean is BOND!

  • I love Sean Connery but you have to admit Goldeneye is awesome!!! even if you do love Goldfinger. Pierce Brosnan satisfies my need for action!!!

  • GoldenEye is a great movie, but as a Bond movie, not so great. Brosnan is awesome.

  • I agree, I still like Goldfinger as my favorite bond film and gunbarrel.

  • Xena Onnatop, hello hello :)

  • I think you spell it Xenia Onnatopp.

  • Isn't it Xenia Onatopp?

  • I don't know man I always had trouble spelling her name. But I think you spelled it right.

  • Comment removed

  • Yeah, its Xenia Onatopp

  • Awseome!

  • Chilling... mysterious, I LIKE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • this is the best intro ever

  • can you send me the audio only version of this video?
