Bally loves to deceive & steal from seniors.
W/o consulting me (I've read many terrible Bally membership stories), my mom (US citizen in her 70's) signed a 2-month contract.
Bally person who made the contract LIED to her that it'll be automatically cancelled after 2 months & did NOT tell her these important things:
*she can cancel it ONLY BY A LETTER
*Bally will cancel it 30 DAYS AFTER receiving the letter
*it will charge $25 as a cancellation fee.
