Your Sermon today on Ezekiel 36.27 was edifying! The words you spoke on "And I will put My Spirit within you" were good to hear. GOD will forgive and cleanse when we come to Him for salvation; and as you showed, when JESUS is accepted as SAVIOUR, the heart is purified. Only after these preliminaries will GOD put His Spirit within us. You showed that the Spirit doesn't just dwell in us in gifts; He Himself dwells in us. John 14.16 was a clear proof. GOD wants to be close to us!

If we are truly saved & want to live for GOD, obeying HIS Word, THE SPIRIT will dwell in us. You stated the Truth when you said that we can have no real relationship with GOD without the cleansing of filth, or confessing sin (I John 1.9). Acts 15.9 the heart is purified in the true Christian. GOD was so good to give us HIS SPIRIT to dwell in the true Christian!
