Well, pmdg has gone into the beta stage of testing the ngx, so it can't be much longer! I don't even get my computer for FSX for another 7 weeks anyways so I am not majorly fussed :L

You juste got no luck man , i installed the whole PMDG 747-400X+8i extension in about 25 min without anyproblem , works like a charm , even if it's only an exterior model , it's really beautiful , in terms of modelisation ,it's PMDG all the way ;p

I really hope that the NGX will be made for FS9, it's ok if it's not as good as FSX version. There just is no really good medium-sized (or even small) jet aircraft for FS9. In fact there are only three worth mentioning: LVLD767, PMDG MD-11 and 747. We just need another aircraft that we could call as perfect as these! And yes, there are more FS9 users than FSX (according to some polls). Anyways, even if you don't decide to make anything for FS9, good luck, all your works ARE amazing!

the 777 and the dash-8 i can see coming. the 747-8 not likely since the technology especially the cockpit technology going into the plane is almost the same as the 787, that planes technology is BRAND NEW and im not sure if boeing realeased enough information to pmdg about that to develop the 747-8 accurately
