its great to see wrestling psychology exploit a whole new universe of people that don't even know they're being played...where the wrestling fan has become a bit more savvy, these MMA fans are the same marks when wrestling first began. Or maybe I'm being played and I'm giving Brock too much credit.

Everything Brock learned about selling yourself as the heel he used to perfection in his post match antics. What I personally love is hearing all the MMA fans that just personally hate Brock and thats what a great heel does. These people will pay good money to see somebody pound Brock's face in and hopefully for UFC he'll keep winning before he eventually gets beat.

Maybe wrestling and MMA should be different worlds, but its great to see Brock blur the lines to sell himself and his matches.

I'm a hardcore MMA fan but I didn't hate Lesnar for making the jump to legit competition. Considering his background before he came to the WWE, I was excited because I knew he had the tools to be a major player in MMA. You don't go 106-5 and win an NCAA Wrestling Championship with out being a real athlete, coupled with his size and strength. Thank you guys for putting this together, I still like Pro Wrestling, I'm just a bigger MMA fan. Keep these reviews coming

Wow, listen kids. This was a really good, informative Wrestling Roundtable that focused on TWO major professional wrestling names in Brock Lesnar and Bobby Lashley. If they decide to talk about MMA (which I love) then thats great. But this is maybe the 3rd time they've done so at length. If it's an MMA themed show, DON'T WATCH! Wait until the next 25 in a row about the bland WWE product and outright disgusting TNA product ;)

I didn't say it or agree. I was in fact having a dig Edge I did say "Maybe he should look in the mirror". The main point was that he (Brock) is the character I never thought he would be. This is my opinion mind, not fact and I thought he was a great wwe wrestler I hated watching him do the mexican music crap in the program against Eddie. The irony (again in my opinion) that he has become the character on top of amazing talent that he arguable never became in wwe.

Brock Lesnar killed Mir, enjoyed the event. MMA has grown on me more and more, missed UFC101, though. I was too tired for 3am in the morning. UFC 100 got 1.7 million buyrate why not do a re-rematch? Most of these so-called "MMA purists" will praise Sakuraba (and deservedly so, he's a bonafide legend), and turn right around and mock Lesnar for his pro wrestling past.

Funny how the guys who have made fun of Brock's WWE history (Herring & Mir) got destroyed and disrespected after the fights.

Randy Couture, however, who was nothing but professional to Brock during the pre-fight hype received a handshake and respect after the fight.

But if a guy with a very decorated wrestling history, not to mention the athletic ability to be in the WWE wants to give it a try, he's not welcome? He's always dodging the comments about him being the best and so on...He always says he DOES NOT consider himself being the best! He even said in this last informal interview I saw that he may go down at anytime due to the fact that this kind of sport has become so unpredictable. He takes time greeting his opponents with respect. Never speaks bad of a fighter.

Thanks a lot! And secondly, you're right, Silva always seems to act respectful in the ring. If anyone calls him cocky it must obviously be from his fights because he literally does look like a cat playing with a mouse. As dominant as the Griffin fight was, I don't think watching it back on TV did it justice, seeing it live it was so clear his fighting was almost other worldly. I haven't seen someone in UFC go down like Griffin begging to not be hit in a long time

I think fedor knows what he is doing , by not going to the ufc at this time. I do feel though that outside of the ufc the people he can face are thin... Werdum would be interesting and Overeem would be a challenge ...Brett rogers is still up and coming so not right away. I know everyone is talking about lesnar/fedor and fedor and couture ...but what about silva/fedor?

that is possible considering anderson really weighs about 215-220 and fedor is 230 ..maybe at a catchweight
