you're a dumbass the excel center is on the other side of town. hell i'd just shot you, threw you in the bushes then go to YOUR home to do your wife and daughter, if she's of a respectable age, that is. no JFK doing RFK doing MLK with a PB&J kiddie porn here nossir.
what type of dick head would stop and purposely interfere w/a police investigation??? You are intentionally harassing by asking dumb questions.....fucking criminal
@NSTOHON He is doing what is right cops cant just ask you to stop and investigate you cos you look suspicious owh wait in nazi germany version 2 they can right RIGHT? ?!?! fucking bullshit go read the rights before commenting here ok ? read the law you mindless sheep and check out alex jones channel and WAKE UP!
1- Don't walk up on that stuff, just record it from a reasonable distance. Think of it like doing wildlife photography of lions or other potentially dangerous animals eating their prey! 2- Never ASK if you can record. You have the right to do it if you are on public property and the subject being recorded is in plane view.
@joeu5431 As a cop I can say that you are wrong the reason we encourage people not involved to "keep walking" or avoid the area is to keep the pressure down. All of our activities and how we handle situations are all based on risk perception, less people involved lower the risk perception is. However if the person did not go away he would have then been disobeying a lawful order and could have been cited accordingly
@littledevilzero A question or two, as you seam to be the right person to ask. what law is he breaking by standing there as he is not impeding you in any way, and what Law gives you the authority to tell someone to move away, when he appears to be off a public walkway.
@jsheppard001 It's not really that he broke a law, and the guy didn't say he broke one. Let's say there was a bomb in that bag. 2 things would/could be true
1.) He would be killed by the blast, or horribly injured.
2.) He could be a "terrorist" and be filming so they can put videos of the attack in the internet (happens alot)
While he isn't breaking the law, he should have moved along. Also, just saying, filming certain things (security movements and procedures) is a huge red flag for terrorism
@jsheppard001 he is not impeding anyway other than he has no reason to be there if he was simply walking by which he could have done, there would have been no problem its was just the fact that he stood around and created the problem himself, in a best case scenario I would have not done the search on this individual in this area anyways but I dont know the full details of this situation
@littledevilzero your a cop? on your prolife i see you made a comment saying a video was "gayer than AIDS? you little scum bag pig..Take your homophobic bullshit else where. I hope you burn in hell you fascist twat.
@littledevilzero Risk perception? So police can infringe on the rights of the citizens to lower their perceived risk? You're joking, right? What's lawful about telling someone they aren't allowed to stop on the sidewalk? Telling someone to "keep moving, nothing to see here" is NOT a lawful order.
@littledevilzero Where is the lawful order? Thats right there wasnt one. Just because a police officer tells you to move along doesnt mean its a lawful order. He is allowed to record them since they are in public. So there was no lawful order. SInce you are a police officer i hope you read more into thr law so as not to abuse your perception of power.
@flute1234 no he doesn't, just avoid the issue. and yes..... it's lawful order. by the way, imagine the guy that is stopped by police goes fucken nuts and pulls out a gun and goes on shooting hmmmm that camaera won't save you then.
@minimaluhftv Ill say it again. He was not doing anything illegal filming police on a public sidewalk therefore there was no "lawful" order. If a police officer told you to hold your breath for 30 seconds is that a lawful order to?
@littledevilzero You said you "encourage people to keep walking" and then you he could have been cited for disobeying a lawful order. Is encouragement a lawful order? What is the statute for disobeying a lawful order? I agree with you that the more people observing, the more rowdy things can get, but isn't that sort of what's expected in public?
@littledevilzero he only has to move back to avoid obstruction of justice. it is not a lawful order to force him to go about his business. and is completely unlawful to prevent him from filming an event in a public setting. (sorry this is late)-son of cop and freedom lover. i do agree it makes it easier for you to not have to be on high of alert with less people around.
Yes, where The Secret Service is concerned The Constitution of The United States, and The Bill of Rights mean NOTHING! These are the hypocritical super "patriots" that use those documents as toilet paper; but they and their apologists can find all kinds of justifications.

Record any US Law Enforcement Department and Private Security Business to ensure the laws are obeyed, even if they do not.
The US military behave more like domestic enemies considering they censor and oppress the Civil Rights and Civil Liberties they claim to defend.
Too many laws that favor "law" enforcement is how the United States of America became the Police States of America.
I admire Harold George "Harry" Belafonte, Jr. an American singer, songwriter, actor and social activist.
