@NAPREDATOR I asked Marc and he told me why it happens, it has something to do with the fact that he ported the background deformations from the Japanese version of Sonic 1, and it will be fixed in the next release.

Are you sure this one is in real-time as well? Some of those dodges were really tight. Nice job!
