That was the worst injection I think I've seen administered. Next time have her do it in a dart-throwing position. It goes it fast and immediate. I have to get b12 every single week from severe pernicious anemia and it's definitely the way to go.

I had gastric bypass surgery so I have to take several vitamins. B-12 can be taken by mouth daily...OR 1 shot a month. I choose 1 time a month and it is cheaper!
