Michael took his responsibility for his children, very seriously. He knew that he was obligated to control the influences in their lives. Yes, Michael was in every sense of the word, a MAN. When you realize just how much he loved his children, it makes you love him even more. He was willing to make sacrifices to protect them from people who would not be good for them. He had a bond with Paris, and he was not going to allow her to be exposed to the wrong moral standards, for a young lady.
When Michael was ready to become a father, that's what he did. Period. Too many people are making judgment calls about his actions, but he did what he thought was right for him. He chose to be a single parent, because he did not want the wrong influences in his children's lives. He did not want to marry someone who would not be a positive role model, especially for his daughter. I admire Michael for the choices that he made, after he became a father. He did what was best for his children.
Michael is the only one who really knows how he felt about the women in his life. He loved some, and he had sex with some of them. Unless we actually lived with him, and had a personal relationship with him, we really don't know his inner most feelings about any of his women. His actions spoke louder than his words. The easiest thing for her would have been to just start having children with him, but she was mature enough to know that the issues he had with pain meds had to be dealt with first.

I believe that Michael's ladies include his wives, the surrogate mothers, lead ladies in films, girlfriends, friends that are girls, and even his fans!!! Hey...I believe that you should have added Debbie because they truly did love each other. It's just that publicity tore them apart. Debbie said that she'd lose her relationship with MJ if that was going to be a problem in the public. She said she cherished her friendship with MJ more than the relationship. I believe that Debbie should be added simply 'cause she remained loyal to MJ after they divorced. Also, she fufilled her promise to him to give him children which LMP didn't do.

I read that Taraborelli book is based mostly on tabloids and media stories.MJ didn't have contact with him since '80s. A lot of these freelance writers are taking upon themselves to write a book about MJ but I doubt they got it anything direct from MJ's mouth. Mj didn't give full interviews to them, if he did it was what 30min, and they go write a book? I wouldn't trust these books, only Moonwalk is reliable the rest are 0.9% truth and 99.1% lies. In it, he admits that Diana Ross was his first love/lover. He never got over her, and loved her until the day he died. He makes it clear in his book, that he loved Diana and they were lovers. There are some women who are in denial about Mike loving Diana, but that's because they have their own fantasies about him.

Michael loved his mother. He wanted a woman like her. The problem is, he kept looking for love in all the wrong places. His mother is a Christian, with Christian morals and values. He kept trying to find those standards with worldly women. No wonder he kept getting hurt. Regardless, Michael was an incredible, sensitive, gentleman, who just wanted to be loved for who he was as the MAN, Michael Jackson. He will find his soul mate in his next life. I realize this doesn't apply to ALL women, but the women I know who are rude and crude, controlling and abrasive, have got a desire to be the center of attention, even if it's negative attention. A woman who wakes up with a hangover every day is the wrong woman for Mike. He didn't want her influencing his children.

Michael was so much more than a hot, talented artist in gold pants. He was so much deeper than that. This man was loved all over the world, for his generosity and kindness. He gave millions to help the needy. The media didn't want to report anything positive about him, they only looked for something ugly to report. Michael took his responsibility for his children, very seriously. He knew that he was obligated to control the influences in their lives. Yes, Michael was in every sense of the word, a MAN. When you realize just how much he loved his children, it makes you love him even more. He was willing to make sacrifices to protect them from people who would not be good for them. He had a bond with Paris, and he was not going to allow her to be exposed to the wrong moral standards, for a young lady.

When Michael was ready to become a father, that's what he did. Period. Too many people are making judgment calls about his actions, but he did what he thought was right for him. He chose to be a single parent, because he did not want the wrong influences in his children's lives. He did not want to marry someone who would not be a positive role model, especially for his daughter. I admire Michael for the choices that he made, after he became a father. He did what was best for his children.

Michael is the only one who really knows how he felt about the women in his life. He loved some, and he had sex with some of them. Unless we actually lived with him, and had a personal relationship with him, we really don't know his inner most feelings about any of his women. His actions spoke louder than his words. He didn't love them enough to marry them. There are some women that men want to marry, and there are women that men just want to have sex with, then walk away. Mike was human.

Absolutely, they BOTH moved on, they had to. I don't think anyone here will disagree with that. And yes, he rocked her world too. Let's see, his song "You Rock My World" is all about LMP. People that just want to hate her & believe that she did all the begging, forget that he looked for her just as much, even when he was married & having children with D. Rowe. Debbie has publicly stated that he was still smitten with LMP & she knew he was still seeing her. That love NEVER died.

It's funny that what crazed fans think about how they would have given him anything & everything is the very thing that he did not want. He loved & admired LMP because she was not a "yes" person, he had plenty of those vultures already in his life. LMP is the only person that MJ was in love with that never asked him for anything. She married him because she loved him, the money, fame was not her motivation, she had all of that on her own. And as far as having children, she wanted to make sure he was over his pain medication addiction. The easiest thing for her would have been to just start having children with him, but she was mature enough to know that the issues he had with pain meds had to be dealt with first.

This is very interesting..... it is unreal to think that people could actually believe that the breakup was totally one persons fault. The fact that they loved each other is very evident, they could'nt make it work, that is not uncommon, happens all the time. You can't judge a person's marriage when they are dealing with addiction issues. That changes EVERYTHING. Ask anyone in AA. Lisa was a young Mother; it was a matter of survival, not love. She LOVED him, that's why she was so angry later. She saw it with her Mom & Dad's marriage; he lost. She couldn't do that again. Its all explained in her MySpace blog. She's completely devastated. She's not hiding her feelings anymore.
There were too many people messing around in that marriage.
