  • Some of these aren't done perfectly but really close. I know allot of these from track.

  • Haha, we try. It's been about a year and a half since I did these consistently for track as well. Could you tell me what's wrong with my form? :)

  • When you kick out your feet should be scraping the ground. It is hard to explain without doing it. lol But your is the right is the right idea just kick lower

  • Ahh, that plyometric. The one demonstrated here is used for hurdles. I believe the one you're talking about is used for both the long and triple jump.

  • I do both triple and long, but our whole team does that, I didn't know there would be a difference. We use it for formed running.
