stay on the master cleanse until the tongue turns pink.....or ..stay the course until your body says "ok, I'm done...now feed me some veggies fruits and lean beef chlicken and fish and green smoothies.." just until you reach your ideal weight then start adding few grains and nuts....you will feel like Superman with super brain function and super energy.....super powering thru life with much more ease...It's in your control and you are proving every day just how strong you are...Yea Paul.!!!!...

For me, every food I see, smell, or talk about makes me have cravings. My wife cooked up a Vietnamese omlette (tomatoes, onion, spinach, chunks of pork chops, etc) sort of like a Denver Omlette minus the cheese. She also makes one with shrimp. It was driving me nuts.
My cousin borrow my book, so I was looking up vegan vegetable soup recipes online for the end of master cleanse. I saw the photos, I started getting cravings.
If the cravings are a detox symptom, I need to continue.
You look good, don't stop MC yet your is making such great progress that feeling of wanting 2 stop is your missing food. it looks like seaweed right, I had that weeks ago it stopped. Remember nothing taste better than skinny feels!!!!!
