I wish this explosion of BJJ girls happened 30 thirty years ago. I'd would have loved rolling with the girls. Who knew that the female is the more gifted grappler? Both these girls beat out all the boys to get to this match, right?

Notice at 4:20 how far that arm gets cranked and still wiggles it out. A boy would have tapped there.

@TrickShepherd it's not the more gifted grappler, she was pulling that americana wrong, women don't suck completely but there are good men and women grapplers, i honestly think that neither one of them has potential, simply because they were doing nothing but lying on top of each other, not really sweeping or transitioning, trust me, as a 2nd stripe black belt in judo, jbb in bjj, and yellow belt in sambo, they had no idea what they were doing, they could get better, these girls are not special

@caleburrell I don't have near your credentials as you, I'm just a stale white belt in BJJ and was a decent HS wrestler. But I made a general statement that girls have got much more potential than was attributed to them before they started tapping/pinning boys left and right. These girls maybe aren't Jenny Thomas' s but they did beat all the boys to get to this match. With the astonishing successes of girls in grappling I would think there will be more of it.

@TrickShepherd girls are very underrated, my gym, x3sports, actually has a girl class specially teaching since girls are more flexible etc etc, i will admit that girls are underrated, it's just, i don't think this really got popularized, nothing personal, until homosexuality became accepted, because then it wasn't down-looked if you were manly, or fighting, i think this was girls' no-gi, not sure though, i will admit though, that girls have it as much as boys, just gotta want to do it.
