I am targeted individual in the US and I can tell you from experience that these technologies are being used now against US citizens. They can put me to sleep, keep me up all night and cause me to lose my train of thought. They use remote neural monitoring to read thoughts and images in my mind, so they know where i'm going before I get there. They can electroshock you through the walls. They use microwave technology to heat you up. I'm not alone; it is happening to many here on YouTube.
