My favorite part was the, "Nothin' but knives and lint" and it showed the Sith Stalker claws.

The exporting options on iMovie allow expert settings for HD videos in Quicktime. I don't know the specifics right off the top of my head, but I think HD is more trouble than it's worth. I had to re-upload like three times and it is still off track in HD....
