Battery 3 is a nice beat making program. I would use it to make a beat and then run it through Transfuser to manipulate the beat. Battery 3 is not that great for effects. I have both and use them almost daily. Great programs, just two different types. They each have there advantages in different areas

My main computer screen is 32" T.V. so it is just all around bigger

I like transfuser way better than redrum, also it is pretty dope for chopin samples, have not use battery 3 much
