anyone knows perfectly if there will be required "monthly pay" for playing (as in WoW game which i so hate)...? i wont buy it, however good it is, if it will have monthly pay requirement, otherwise id be happy to spend money on game.

You don't need to apply that many times. Apply once and that is it. But in regards to what you said that can be applied to any number of games that don't have demos. This isn't a free pass just to go in, have your fun and not give any feedback and not buy the game.
