Not only are Medicaid recipients not sterilized as a policy, there are strict rules making it difficult for doctors to perform tubal ligation even if the patient requests it. That is true. I am white and I was reared to get a college education, buy a home, get married, and then have children, but only have enough children than one could afford. Actually, they were not really riots in the UK. Really, they were an aggregate of flash mobs. There was no political motivation; it was all about stealing things, organised by phone calls and gang-leader guys driving around giving orders.
