@GungraveZ1 As far as I know, there's 80+, 80+ bronze, 80+ silver, 80+ gold, and now 80+ platinum, and each one is obviously more efficient than the previous one and you will see a difference in cost throughout the year, even if it's only a few dollars.

if you think about it if the PC is in the same room as the thermostat for the heating system, the PC will keep the room temprature up a little bit with all the heat its putiing out, so in the winter your heating will use a little bit less. Just a thought. Of course all the other rooms will be a little bit colder..... DOH!

@andysim232 heat kills electronics, the damage it does will cost you more to replace the device over time than you saved on electricity.

Its best to turn the computer off if you are not going to use for in the next 4-8 hours, and if the system is newer and dont take more than 2 min to boot cold to use you wont mind turning it off

This is a slightly modded case, but the window is stock. It's a TJ07B-W.

The only key changes I've made to mine are front grills, black powder coated interior, and some cable management holes.

The only "beef" I have is that you went to the 2 extremes for power usage but not the middle. I only game for maybe 2 hours a day where my rig is using max power, I do let it idle at night but I would say it has about 6-8 hours a day of just regular usage. i.e. watching a movie, running several applications at the same time, word, firefox messenger etc. So my CPU is around 25% usage (give or take) so its more then idle and less then full.
