@bycyclone Speed limit signs also suggest keeping to 100km/h on the highway, yet there is a fast lane. You have to listen to your class and do what feels right. If people demand the music to be faster - and this is an advanced class - you do what keeps them happy. So while the suggestion is to keep step to 135bpm, once people have advanced beyond basic moves, it's time to up the game for a challenge. If a 60+ year old can do it (she's in here), it's safe.
@shaorobics I think different. I've seen many people having injuries just because of the speed. To me the range of motion and execution in steps is first. It's important to listen you people but they will never decide the bpm, it's my responsability. If "challenge" is to speed up, you need to redefine your concepts. If you teach in an international conference (i.e. IDEA) beyond 135bpm, next year they will not invit you again. You can have an advanced moves at 135bpm with the same workout. Cheers
Omg!!! besides people are stealing the class the wanted the basic moves so they can perform in order to make profit??? shame on them, and make your own classes as professionals do!! your class is awesome forget the haters!!! y si creen que es tan facil por que no suben un video propio en lugar de estar robando coreografias? Zaz culera!!!
Great routines. I'm having a hard time distinguishing your actual words for the various moves. Any chance of you posting a list (preferably in order) of what you are saying, at least for a portion of the video? It shouldn't take very long and will make life much easier for the viewer. Thanks in advance.
@fitjackie Hi fitjackie. Thanks for the message. I didn't think to post any videos with breakdowns as you're the first to ask. Maybe I can try to explain a certain move?
@RANDYAEROBICS : it's not the same class...it's new routines added on top of old ones...if you know how to read, it says so in my description. Mistakes? Those are called options. Every complicated move has an alternative for participants who do not like to do the high impact version. Ever heard of giving alternatives in classes? If you haven't then you haven't been going to a good class.
If a participant makes a mistake...so what? Have you never made a mistake?
@jerome112021 Thanks for the compliment! :) I do break the steps down and always provide a more basic version so everyone can mix and match to their liking / abilities.
Are you nuts? way too fast... professionals suggest playing the music at 132-135 bits/min... safety is first!

Love your class but can't figure out how to break down. Are there any postings with the breakdowns?
