To Denise Black Reynolds: If you're looking for January Jones, she's my mom. Give me a call: (818) 694-5423 My name is Andrew and I'll get you in touch with her. I can only assume you took a few shots from Cozy like my mom did--I'm sure you'd like to compare notes.
Anyone with access to this copy could make a fortune selling copies at Irish Weekend. Cozy was loved. His body of work is priceless, and I know I would love to buy many copies to give to friends and relatives!
Even though I knew every joke and every punch line, he made me laugh every time. I think it was because he was having so much fun telling them.
My favorite was hs story about taking a new girl out dancing. He said,"I kept spinining her around and around and, as I did, she kept getting taller. That's when I realized she had a wooden leg and I was spinning her in the wrong direction."
Great stuff, I just found a video at a local flea market of one of his live shows from 1989- its an hour long promotional type video- fantastic quality. Bought if for a quarter- best 25 cents I spent in a while.
When I was a kid in Bridesburg I saw him at his club on Bridge & Aramingo,as a teen at the Anglesea in Wildwood. When I moved to Chester County,Pa. at the Three Little Bakers. He told the same jokes all the time and everyone still laughed at them. It's all in the delivery !! In Wildwood he always started the show complaining how much of a dump HIS club was. Instead of fixing the ceiling he hung a parachute from it in order to catch the falling plaster. Is his statue still at the club site ??????
Thank you for posting this great clip. My husband was his band leader for 37 years and whenever I call Coz the first thing he asks me is - Don't you miss the club
I used to have a VCR of a show Cozy had at The Three Bakers and for the life of me, I can;'t find it!! (Son-Of-A-Gun!). Has anyone been successful in getting a copy of a Cozy Show???
We used to go see Cozy in the 80s in Wildwood!! Gabriel Donohue was just talking about him over 4th of July in Anglesea - sang On The Way to Cape May in tribute. :)
My mom, Elsie, took Cozy to Hallahan's senior prom. Every now and again I pull out the old photo albums and come across the prom picture. She and my dad remain friends and fans of Cozy to this day. I can remember them going to Club Avalon to see him when I was a little kid while we were vacationing in Wildwood.
Anyone know how to get in touch with Cozy? He is a good friend of my mom and dad and we would like to get in touch with him about an anniversary party. Appreciate any help...thanks
Does he have a DVD? Is Cozy still alive? HE IS GREAT!!!! I have a video of his show but would love a DVD. Please send me a message if you know. Thanks!
i was a kid with my parents at cozy's club in wildwood a bunch of times he was great.i believe it was 1970 i saw his show dozens of times trough the summer cause my brother was a member of the winged victory singers.oh to go a few blocks down after the show for a philly cheese steak and basket of fries one more time.
How can I purchase a cd of this? My best friend's daughter is blind from diabetes and called to ask if I could find a comedy act by Cozy Morley. This is just what she'd like to give her mother. Can you help? itunesnut
my parents would love a CD or video of cozy Morley performance from club Avalon or from any where his act was taped, if anyone call help me that would be great .levittown pa

I grew up in Wildwood and had to go to Cozy's at least once or twice a summer.I never could catch any crabs through his floor. Saw his last show at the bandshell in N. Wildwood. People stood a block away just to hear him.
I had the pleasure of working Cozy's in North Wildwood 2 summers as a magic act and it was a GREAT experience... Cozy, Charlie Gaston, Carl Garray & Tomio, The Harmonica Rascals, Fisher & Marks, The Winged Victory Singers...... lots of great shows and memories! Cozy rules!
COZY IS ONE OF A KIND! The man could have been a big as any of the top comedians...and how about the line-up of stars he had: JOHNNIE RAY, CHARLIE GRACIE, DON CORNELL, JULIUS LAROSA, THE FOUR ACES and so many more. Long may you live, Cozy!!!
Thank you so much for this! My dad, who passed away 2 years ago, used to take us every summer to Cozy's Club Avalon in Wildwood to see the show. This was a great way to remember my dad, Cozy, and the great fun we used to have as kids!
my parents used to take my grandfather to see him back in the day.funny guy.a real blast from the past for me.the best part is my grandfather used to sit near the front , yell out to Cozy that his story was wrong, that something else happened..of course being the pro that he was Cozy would continue with his act, just give a glance to my grandpop, who would come home saying "he don't know nothin' about what really happened".Thanks!

Cozy Morley a man with class, he doesn't have to curse to get laughs. A true gentleman and funnyman I wish they still made men like this.
