You say the 56+ exercises, one does them all in a day to get max benfits? 1 should devote an hr/day to these exercises i take it. U claim that e.g. some 1 w/ mod myopia can get clear vision not in few yers but few mnths? This assums 1 signifctly cut down on sugar intake processed foods. Duz ur program address human stress of daily life: stress of work, fear of future, jealousy, anger, etc. that affect vision? Coz bates & c clearly are just exercsg programs n u say u are diffrent thn them.

Time per day: 45 min at the beginning, around 30-35 min after 3 weeks.
Improvements: if you follow the program, 0.5 diopters per week.
