It is a custom song, and involves using the Homebrew Channel and modifying the actual ISO of the game. I've tried to explain it to quite a few people before, but they always give up before they can finish it. So I am sorry, but I don't help people get customs anymore

It's a custom song. A custom song is "got" by obtaining a digital backup of the game (ISO) and injecting it with your own audio and charts, either user-created or ripped from Guitar Hero or Rock Band.

The best place to get customs (even better than scorehero IMO) is here:

You can find all the GH3 DLC there, as well asall the GH2 songs, GH80s, GH1, and much more.

GH3 DLC songs are under the "Packs" tab and then under GH3.
