Yea man, check the 'root note' setting in the lower left hand side of the little sample window. You want it to match the note your pressing. Slide the value up and down to change the pitch. Let me know if it fixes ur problem!
Make sure you update the MPD32 drivers to work with Reason 4. Also, check in preferences and make sure it's "found" and selected in the Control Surfaces section. Hope this helps.
