Weather the women in this video are acting or not, the situations are very real. I'm a mother of 3 and had to divorce due to my ex being Physically, Mentally, and Emotionally abusive. He stated he would make my life a living hell and has done so till this very day. My child are the ages of 10, 13, and 14 years. Two boys and a girl.

My children have begged and pleaded to the Judge, Mediators, an the local Police to not go to there father's house due to Child Abuse. My ex has physically grabbed my children and thrown them to the floor and cause Physical, Mental, and Emotional harm which will last them a life time. My children have to see a regular therapist to seek ongoing help to due to the abuse we have in our life's.

The thing that upsets me the most is that the Judge allowed the kids to live with him even after all that has been said and done. It breaks my heart that our very own system doesn't give a shit about us.I will continue to fight and on my March 20th hearing you better believe I will be bring as much witnesses I can to make the Judge understand that what my children and I are saying is true.

We know that these things happen within the family court system and I have personal knowledge of this. After reading the Yevgenia Shockome court transcripts of her contempt proceedings, I am very concerned that her innapropriate actions during the hearing, her lack of legal represetation and her inability to follow through with requests from the courts as well as her actions precluding the hearing are concerning. This takes away credibility from the mothers who work with the courts abilities.

My wife unknowingly put her child in harms way by sending her out to see her ex (the childs father), one weekend where the childs father stabbed a teenager. The ministry stepped in and quickly removed the child from 'her,' and told me I could not bring my own children around 'her/my new wife.' During routine visits I filmed a team director for the ministry assaulting my future wife while her four year old daughter was in her arms. Since 'that' day we now know about 'unquestioned due process.'

I am going through exactly this.. Only our story has a catch. My fiancée actually filmed the Ministries team Leader (head Social worker). As he beat me up while I was at a scheduled Visit with my 4 yr old daughter. My daughter was in my lap at the time of assault. They removed her because her father stabbed a boy while my daughter was at a court ordered visit with him. I am guilty, they called it.

I put her her in harms way by obeying the judges order. It's been 3 yrs her dad has full access

Anyone who is really going through an abusive relationship should realize that at least one woman in this video is a known con-artist....she makes a living by lying and saying her children were abused by their father (through books, websites, speaking engagements, etc..) and suing people. in nj you do not need anything to up and have the mom arrested for protecting her children, I have since gotten my kids back but after my parents put out 50,000. for bail, lawyers and more lawyers, the point being, had I been poor I would have lost my kids totally, I would have had no help in fighting for my children. I took my children into a dv center after the father threatened me with my life and that he would take the kids away, while I was there and got settled in a new state, I was visiting my other family member back in the old state and was arrested for 'custodial interference' which was TOTAL BS because neither of us had even been to court before, there was NO CUSTODY order, this happened in nj..

Three therapists who spent several months with my girls and a judge from another state who read the reports believe it happened; however, the court investigator who spent little time with my girls or myself said it didn't, and therefore he has my girls, and others from other mothers who were too afraid to fight. The woman who lie should loose custody, but not all are making this up.

CPS came to me with the issue during my divorce. I never said anything to anyone. One week later they told me there was insufficient evidence, they never said it didn't happen.

as an honest divorced mom of 3 children, I can tell you that women who make these false accusation should be forever kept away from their children unless they are supervised. If the dads had really done this, they would be in jail. But the police investigate all these crimes, and dads who do this go to jail. Moms who do this during divorces and known to be liars and fail the psychological testing big time and are seen as the real threat to the children by those with enought sense to see this.

I would also like to add that when my daughter found me and started her e-mails, her first question to me was why I didn't care anymore. The father's rights groups are great for those fathers that really do care, but they aren't helping the mothers that have to deal with the fathers out to avoid child support. It's not just mothers trying to get support, some of us don't want it, they just want happy healthy SAFE children.

I have gone through the same thing. The investigator they assigned would not even look at the picture of my daughter's bruises. She said I had so much evidence that I was alienating the children from their fathers. My two X husbands ganged up on me and my children. The doctor that examed my 4 yr old said she had irritation, but she could have fallen on a stick. The CPS worker said "Mommy, touch me here like my Daddy does" while pointing to her vagina is a "common statement for a 4 yr old.

These women's stories are almost identical to mine, I have not seen my beautiful daughters in almost a year, and have no hope of contact until at least 2010. The pain is unimaginable when you know your children are unsafe and there is nothing you can do...and I was arrested for trying to protect them. Regardless of how well these women come off in the interviews, the protective mothers movement has yet to produce a single case where it can be demonstrated that custody was granted to an abuser. Of particular interest is the third woman with the baby on her lap. That's Genia Shockome whose court documents can be easily found online and discussed at length on Glenn Sacks' website. I realize this sounds harsh, but on the bright side, at least it's not true.

I am getting sick when I hear about "women abuse". Unless there is strong evidence of abuse most likely it is just another woman trying to get a house and life without having to work for it. Even moms who have retained some form of custody still have the horror of sending their chidlren back to the abuser. Batterers and violent men are able to lie to society and the women who fall in love with them and when the truth is discovered it is often too late. My child and I were one of the lucky few. But she still has to endure holidays, EOW, and 1/2 of the summer with abuse and terroristic police type brutality at his hands.

This is one of the best kept secrets in America. Family Courts do not operate the way criminal courts and civil courts do. It is shocking that the mainstream press fails to cover this issue. It is important to recognize that in MOST divorces, parents work together to do what's best for the children - even if they can't stand each other. How can our family courts keep looking away at what is happening to our children ? In the past 30+ years it only is getting worse. What do we tell our grown children? we fought to protect them and no one cared,or enough to step in? Thank you all for making this video. In 25, 30 years, nothing is getting better in family courts for the real best interest of children. It's about "our system" allowing children to continue to be exposed to emotional/ physical abuse. This is not a new "issue" in the family courts America. Different Judge, different court, same results. $ for attys and so called "experts" Just listen to the children. The bench has a responsibility.

Each victimization immediately impacts 3 generations
