Simon was so wrong. Syesha was safe, not in the bottom three, which means she was in the top two. And you know why? Because Syesha was the most beautiful and sexiest girl ever on American Idol with a voice to match. Not many straight guys watch this show, but I can assure you that every straight guy that did watch this show voted for her.

according to the show's producers, the biggest group of viewers are females, especially between the age 13 and 24. the smallest group are males, by a long shot. Also, of those that actually vote, the difference is even greater. The votes are almost overwhelmingly adolescent girls, especially those that vote multiple times. Which makes sense, with the exception of fathers and brothers of contestants, its just not a guy thing to vote for something like this.

well, true, but then you have to consider the guys who vote (like me) for the females. I don't sit there and vote for Kris allen or david archuleta. so males do vote - i pretty much voted just to save those in need if they were my favorite.

I agree. Nothing made sense about the judging when it came to her. She was always in the bottom 3 and yet continued to perform and sing brilliantly ever week! I give ger credit for remaining upbeat under the circumstances.

No doubt this women should've won. Just listen to the studio version of Vanishing! Better than the original and we know who sang the original.

Syesha actually deserved to win more than anyone in the competition, i think. Vocal rest from the very start and she got by with an amazing performance. While overcoming the bottom 3 all the time, she improved after each and every performances.

thank god brooke left thus week and not syesha. i want to see her in the top 3. i love jason but he's the weakest one left. i can't wait to see wht she does for rock and roll week. it will be interesting. i still think it's going to be a david vs. david finale. i still can't believe syesha always in the bottom 2. well t least brooke went before her.

Yeah, what's up America? Syesha is a consistenly strong vocalist and has no negative attitude, only positive vibe plus a great stage presence. So why is she so often at the bottom? At least she's made it this far and if she doesn't make it in the pop world she is sure to go far in musical theatre.

I don't think she did have the second lowest votes, they just like to make her miserable by thinking she does, and she did seem like she thought that but accepted it. Also, if they showed who really was in the bottom 2 (could have been Jason or David A according to Dial Idol), then they're revealing too much if they want to determine who gets to the final, not the public's votes. Either way, I hope Syesha gets there, she's incredibly talented and doesn't get nearly enough credit

I thought she did great tonight.  I don't think she will get voted off. A friend of mine (female) called me and said that she thought the judges were picking on her. My friend said she was going to vote for her. My friend also voted for David Cook. IMO I think Cook and Mercado have the most talent of all the rest.

The judges are so damn biased, they give a talentless whore like Brooke a free pass but keep coming down on Syesha in spite of her best performances! Same as last week - smoking performance, limited praise, "I dont know if that was your BEST, Syesha, but..".They keep trying to pigeonhole her into the "theater" label, as if to indicate she doesnt belong on the AI pop-oriented stage and has no chance of winning. I'm no Syesha fanatic, but theyre trying to influence the vote, and that's not cool.

she was definately the best this week. Jason was predictable, as well as Brooke. David A. and David C. did the same thing they do every week, change the arrangement and sing the same notes. Syesha has showed the most improvement over the weeks and deserves to win this competition. Even if she doesn't she will go far with her career choice.
