twice might i add got her crew home from the delta quadrant in only 7 years which would have been normally 75 rescued thousands of drones from the collective and on top of all that kept captains perogative at least twice and would have went down with the ship and she did in fact she blew up the weapon that could erase time so take that picard, kirk and any other captains. ummmm JANEWAY no one can beat her im sry but she rules she kept standered protocal with all of 2 crews 1 starfleet and 1 maqui she set many people straight and killed the borg

Fantastic, I love it! They're both great captains, but I will always choose Janeway. She led her crew across thousands of light years of uncharted space, encountered a plethora of new species and managed to kick some Borg ass.

Janeway all the way. She got her crew back from the Delta Quadrant. Picard only got Q to do it for him. And Janeway killed the Borg Queen twice. Picard only once.
