And they dont call IP Man in the hole movie. IP Man is a essential part of bruce lee's life he was the one who told bruce to train only chinese people.

The movie dont tell the truth, it is true that he learned taiqiguan (taichi) but from his father not from a different master. In the movie i realized that they dont train taiqiguan, they train wingchun. Ok Wingchun has parts of taichi, but he called the first form of it "Siu Nim Tao" "Little Idea" the translation into german is terrible. The correct translation is "Kleine Idee" and they translate to "Kleiner Einfall" the difference is small but wrong.

I think I finally get the point of this movie and I think director has pulled one over on us big time. I saw movie at kòòkica first. I've continued reading critic and audience reviews on the web and I noticed that they are great.

I saw this DVD -- rented from blockbuster. This was a series about Bruce which was originally produced in China (CCTV). Shannon Lee (Bruce Lee's daughter) executive produced this series. The lead/star Danny Kwok is, in fact, a Jeet Kun Do practitioner and obviously has an uncanny resemblence .

Bruce Lee's life story is worthy of a much better film. One without the high flying, and fantasy fight scenes of this one. Many have tried but don't even come close.

I totally respect and admire Bruce Lee. That's a no brainer. But this trailer looks like Chinese propaganda, more than a Bruce Lee Biography. There is a lot of intricacy, which goes into training MMA, but we're going to have basement dwelling naysayers...

I watched real bruce lee's movie after watching this, i have to say he is not as good as bruce lee-- that's for sure.
It is very long and a bit slow ,lots about his physiology theory, 50(51?) eposide, andit has a bit too much patrism there, however, i feel it is endurable still, basing on what bruce lee might face in his time--people improved a lot now, but not in his days.

I quite enjoyed this film. It was beautifully shot and well acted. The twist in the end wasn't a jump out of your seat moment or that shocking but i did find it quite clever if alittle far fetched. You can see it on kookíca if you think you may like it.

I think everyone is missing a lot of the audio effects in this film... particularly in the very last shot. So try to see it again at kookíca to catch all the details. And while i thoroughly enjoyed the film, and at the time was very caught up in it, reflection over the past few days has left a really satisfied feeling.

I honestly could not find any flaws to this movie. This director made true masterpiece here. All dimension of it is perfectly shot. I think enyone would love this story. It is inspiring, moving, at the moments also amusing and pacled with full of action. Find this masterpiece on kookíca!!!!!

I saw this DVD -- rented from blockbuster. This was a series about Bruce which was originally produced in China (CCTV). Shannon Lee (Bruce Lee's daughter) executive produced this series. The lead/star Danny Kwok is, in fact, a Jeet Kun Do practitioner and obviously has an uncanny resemblence .
I was thoroughly impressed with the DVD. =)

Bruce Lee's life story is worthy of a much better film. One without the high flying, and fantasy fight scenes of this one. Many have tried but don't even come close.
Bruce deserves a more realistic film starring a worthy actor. That's hard to accomplish.

Infused with drama, cgi, and some serious beautifying of what happened. It isnt that necessary, Bruce Lee life was awesome with no need of that. But oh, well.

If this actor was around after july 1973 he would have made alot of money. His face is pretty close to Bruce's in some shots.... but you can't imitate the way Bruce moves, people always try and it just never looks right..
I had high hopes for this show. but some of the scenes in this preview make me think they've just added more stories and drama to his life. When they didn't need to! His life was already interesting enough as it was! I hate how they always add BS like they think they need it

it is the best tv serie about bruce lee so far.

a lot of myth, but not real story about bruce lee. the actor
not juist a kung fu guy but also drama.
in the beginning of the serie bruce lee do not know kung fu so he was very weak in body but his charater was really strong. and you will seen by time the person evolve. also did a great job with bruce lee wife linda. you will find her as a strong women that love bruce.

Never seen this series and I am just going by the clip. I do realize this is a tribute to Bruce Lee but must they always have to mimic his screen characters? This looks like the chinese version to the really bad movie "Dragon" where they made up half the shit to try to make it interesting. He was not a real life superhero. He was not super human. He most likely did not make his sounds like in the movies when he fought, Trust me that this is coming from a fan of Bruce, Just hate seeing this crap

Lee, as you'd know, had you read even "The Tao of Jeet Kune Do" stated, one must apply something, in a reality situation, & M.M.A. does just that, even if currently hamstrung in some organizations, but it is closer than "Sitting in a horse stance, for three long years," as Bruce wrote. There is a lot of intricacy, which goes into training MMA, but we're going to have basement dwelling naysayers...

I watched real bruce lee's movie after watching this, i have to say he is not as good as bruce lee-- that's for sure.
It is very long and a bit slow ,lots about his physiology theory, 50(51?) eposide, andit has a bit too much patrism there, however, i feel it is endurable still, basing on what bruce lee might face in his time--people improved a lot now, but not in his days.
