i have had a dream that inspired me to try and cook fish a different way. i had a dream sombody showed me cooking flat fish whole on a rack suspended in the air inside an oven vertically. i have been searching for racks that all fish to be cooking hanging suspended in air

Why is he wearing surgical gloves. Fish don't have AIDS. Also if he really wants to know how to fry fish, He should go to an English Fish & Chip shop; where they use Batter. No the stupid playing around with little bits of fish. A nice BIG piece of cod.

@cutielover23 Yes that is a possibility, but one I've never heard of. No; I've noticed others cooks in America using surgical gloves when cooking. As any chef will tell you the essence of cooking is to use your hands. To feel the meat. fish. To mix, knead etc, with your hands. I doubt if you will find a French chef wearing gloves.

@ludvan64 panko fried meats have a less heavy, less greasy crust. also the entire point of this video is for people who DON'T want to go to a fish and chips joint, but want to learn to do it themselves. I know that batters can be perfect, light, and crispy, but it's a lot easier to do a good crust than a good batter.

what i like to do is i dont like to put oil on my food and i want healthy so i put fish in tin foil and then i let it heat in a dish or on a grill and put vegtibles n it and when it's ready it tastes fine as hell
