"Do Europeans even care? A big chunk of the crowd (Wembley - 7000 EMPTY SEATS) will be Americans living, working or stationed by military in Europe"
"Dead-and-buried NFL Europe league is proof Europeans were not exactly ready to embrace it. They prefer action to be on-going, under two hours, devoid of television timeouts and play-calling huddles"
"In general, atmosphere at American sports can be dull. The question of "Do Europeans care?" is already answered. No"
I definately wouldn't say American sports are dull, Americans are a lot more patriotic about their teams. Europeans are more interested in winning and are mainly glory hunters to be honest, whereas Americans will support their teams win or lose, I am not critisizing, I am just saying :) I am British
And if you British guys wants to watch a real intense American Football. Come to America and don't go to a NFL game. Go to a college game instead. It is more intense than a pro game. NCAA college American football is more popular than the NFL because they aren't pro's yet and playing their hardest so they can go pro. But yeah.. Go to a college game like PENN STATE, TEXAS LONGHORNS, FLORIDA GATORS, OHIO STATE, or FLORIDA STATE SEMINOLES..I'm a Seminole Fan(College). And a Atlants Falcons fan (NFL)
hey trilogyofC i think that is cool u like Denver Broncos. i'm from Denver :) if u want to see a great Bronco video check out 'Jay Cutler and Brandon Marshall hook ups' (is the name of the youtube video) Cutler(QB) has the strongest arm in the NFL & Marshall(WR) is 6'5" MONSTER!!i nvr knew the UK had NFL fans!great post btw :)also, on college note, i think UK should like University of Kentucky if anything because all their stuff says UK on it lol
If you want to see the best college football atmosphere in America, go to LSU's Tiger Stadium (AKA Death Valley) in Baton Rouge Louisiana on a Saturday night. With maybe the exception of the Florida Gators, every other team mentioned above are a complete joke compared to LSU. Tiger Stadium is the most fear place place in college football for a visiting team...There are NO comparisons!
disagree the falcons always lose. the steelers have wild fans go to heinz field where at least they win games let alone lombardi trophies. the dome is dull its just that there bad no offence :)
Milanaire.. I know that you would have rather watch soccer game because I'm sure that you are Mexican or Hispanic that lives in America. Which is understandable man cause thats your sport and you don't understand the concept of American Football. So yeah thats pretty understandable.
Same here buddy Iam a regular NFL fan, in fact football American wise altogether is my no 1 sport. I don`t actually play for a team though but Iam gonna try and make the Manchester Titans squad
are you a regular american football fan? or were u just a regular brit. lol im curious to see how many non regular American Football english spectators viewed/liked this game

Go Gators! The Swamp is the best college football atmosphere...nothing like 91,000 fans all doing the Gator Chomp.
