Hypoglycemia means she has low blood sugar levels, it can be serious if not treated when you have an hypoglycemic episode. Your blood sugar gets too low and your body can't bring it back up on its own(normally it could but if your hypoglycemic it can't). The only way to treat it is to eat or drink a quick sugar(such as orange juice). If you don't treat it, you'll pass out and get really nick.
