Very different from how Manga is written...o.o They usually write the whole series (or at least a bunch of chapters) first (including what goes in what panels), then they sketch it all out, then re-draw it all and ink it and then tone it...

That's not a script, that's a thumbnail for a comic panel. I'd suggest going to your nearest bookstore and see if they have a copy of Panel 1: Book Scripts by Top Comic Writers. Look through it and see if it has what you need.
