  • legendaries are for noobs. so cheap.

  • @battletornManaphy They are legendaries yes, but as far as tiers go, they are ALLOWED in standard gameplay.. Smogon has them listed as non-uber tiered pokemon.

  • @battletornManaphy wow you said "ubers" and There was not one uber tier there. Hilarious how blind people can be xD

  • Interesting use of Skill Swap.

  • Skill swap your own teammate's Truant or Slow Start or something...and then...SKILL SWAP AGAIN TO YOUR OPPONENT. They're gonna switch? Use mean look or block (maybe before skill swapping.)

  • Omg Imagine skilll swap on Spiritomb or skill swap to put it on It from Shedinja i bet they would disconnect or flee xD that would be a straight up pwnage :P

  • @mario1stfan I thought of that too, but I never wanted to spend time setting that up before the battle

  • @mario1stfan I discovered recently that "Multitype" and "Wonder Guard" aren't skill swappable.

  • @mr123tile lolz xD

  • That Sunny Day team seemed pretty lame. Leading with Typhlosion and Ninetales is much better. Ninetales uses Sunny Day. Typhlosion uses Lava Plume, activating Flash Fire.

    ...

And if STAB, Sunny Day, and Flash Fire aren't enough of a setup for you, then Ninetales can throw out a Nasty Plot to double its Sp. Atk - also a good idea to give Typhlosion Solarbeam so it can deal with anything resistant to Fire.

  • A special Infernape? That's odd o.o

The volt absorb thing was great xD I forgot about the Sunny day thing, it was a smart move using Stone Edge. It was a close battle though, it was a good one.

  • skill swap plus slacking = kill/sweep

  • Skill Swap shenanigans are awesome.

Personally though, I like having my Skill Link Cloyster use Icicle Spear on a Raging Kangaskhan. It's practically an instant Belly Drum, and it doesn't get fucked by Taunt. Then Kangaskhan can protect while Cloyster Explodes and proceed to Earthquake or Rock Slide everyone to death. And oh lawd when my Starmie gets in and starts the rape that is Gravity+Blizzard...

  • That's insane...

Using Skill Swap on a Shedinja then on a Spiritomb is pretty good too.

  • Haha, they prevented you from doing that. Skill swap doesn't work on Wonder Guard =|.

  • love the volt absorb gyrados

  • couldn't you've skill swaped slow start to bronzong to get you levitate back?

  • I was way confused when Gyarados used Volt Absorb, then realized that Jolteon skill swapped it to Gyara. That was genius.

  • volt absorb Gyrados is pretty much invincible to being 1 hit tho battle is crappy when legendaries come out =/

    good startegy tho

  • song?

  • God mio that strategy GG I am trying to enter this clan but they do not answer me xD

  • bloody brilliant with the volt absorb-gyrados but you do lose dome turns to do all of those skill-swaps

but a weird thing is i tried to doo the same but it wouldnt work in a double battle but that was in game

  • nice =D

  • skill swap machamp's "no guard" to a pokemon who know one hit K-O move

  • @eljuanito1

isnt such thing banned in competitive play?

  • @TheNegAgeN No... Why? What was wrong with his pokemon?

  • @eljuanito1 you really need to do your research

  • Pure Power/Huge Power Regigigas/Slaking...

  • Or maybe a Serene Grace Muddy Water Bomber Swampert...

  • awesome skill swap ideas dude.

  • Jeez, the options that Skill Swap enables... Volt Absorb Gyarados? O.o Great battle even though the team with an awesome strat lost... :(

  • I know that, KWOOTMYOU, but the purpose of that Skill Swap was to send Volt Absorb to Gyarados. Besides... I had already spammed Intimidate 3 times. :p

  • @TeamTwilightVideos I hate this: You can't use skill swap with a team mate in gen 5, I just made a perfect tactik... Or can you only not use it against a shendinja from your team? :P

  • @Nendonintendo Yeah, sorry, you can't use skill swap to or from a pokemon with wonder guard. The only way is to have it mimic either role play (so it can get sturdy, which makes all attacks harmless), or have it mimic entrainment. Both of those take too much time unless you manage to send the opponents to sleep first...

  • Intimidate swap with an intimidator doesn't work, you silly :S

Major cool points for using regikick-ss, though :D
