This video displays and lays bare the reality of the insidious bigotry and the lengths that the Christian Reich will go to in order to keep gay people from having equal status. They want to be able to continue to persecute and malign gay people and use the Bible to club them over the head. If what they are doing causes some creepy nut to go out and kill a gay person that's just collateral damage. The anti-gay industry is a very profitable one. Focus on the Family sure has shown that.

This video is absolutely correct! I say we ban infertile couples from marrying, and as adoption doesn't create children, that should be banned, too! If a child can't have biological parents, God's decided they shouldn't have parents at all!

Marriage has been defined by religious institutions down through the centuries. There was a time when arranged marriages were the definition. There was a time when wholesale bigotry and female ownership were the religious definition. It's time that people rise up and start thinking for themselves as opposed to having their money grabbing pastors do the thinking for them.

Unfortunately, it's not a joke. It is well documented through geneologial research that blood relatives (usually cousins) were and are encouraged to marry in the Virginias.
It's mostly about inheritance rights and "keeping the land/ tobacco farm in the family".
