Actually I just lost 4lbs in the last 5 days in a completely healthy way through diet and exercise. However I don't think it would be possible to lose 66lbs in 12 weeks unless your working with a trainer 7 days a week.

Cool vid. To pilana75: you might want to be careful how much weight you lose in a short amount of time. 4lbs in 5 days is a lot. I think that normally you should do 2-3lbs over a 7 day week. Pushing that may be unhealthy even if you do it with what may appear to be 'completely healthy' diet and exercise. Just a thought.

They work for a few hours a day with intense training and strict diet. It's an incredible strain on your system though which is why they say you shouldn't try to do a bootcamp-like weight-loss program unless it comes under close medical supervision.

Some of those clips were from the Biggest Loser family edition. They were really short, each only 2 episodes long and there were 3 of them. Yeah, when she was wearing that brown coat it was at one of the "families" finale.

I contacted NBC, to see if they would release these on DVD's but due to high volume of emails, blah, blah, so I took it upon myself to download season 1, 4, and 5, if anyone knows where I can get season 2, I would appreciate it much cheers. If you go to bittorent and type in Biggest Loser all seasons are there, it's takes LONG to download but just to see Jillian its worth it lmao
