Some monsters do fight each other and you can pick them off in battle while they kill each other.

But I think it is mostly scripted.. meaning there's only certain places that this will happen.

um is this game an atb? cuz i see some bad ass combos going on in the air and on ground lol....it dosent look like ff 12 gameplay...hell it dosent look like any final fantasy! someone reply to me

Yes it does, except you have a limited amount of ATB which you can queue commands to it and execute all those actions at once in one combo.

Each bar is ATB.. right now Lightning have 5 ATB I can queue attacks to.

The bar is spilit in sections and gains new sections as the game progresses. When the bar fills up you can use attacks. Attacks cost sections of the ATB bar, more powerful attacks use more sections of the ATB bar. That way you can have several weak attacks or a few powerful attacks.

The strong attacks (3 section) are much more powerful than the weak attacks (1 section)

The downside is you get so few strong attacks in a bar that you cant "break" the enemy ("breaking" them causes your damage to sky-rocket, ive seen people do 400k+ dmg with it)

A simple plan is to spam weak attacks until the monster goes into break mode, then blow the ever living shit out of them with strong attacks.

Not going to make a tutorial on it.

All weapons and accessories can be categorized.

For example the Hermes/Dash Boots and Flash Scarf are part of the "Speed Category".

If you match up weapon/accessories with the same categories, you will get bonuses.

Max level for that weapon/accessory.

From there you can upgrade to the next tier or break them down for material or new items.

Nope, brightness is above normal on the settings.

If you're asking about why it looks dense and foggy, then the reason is because the outworld is in that state (rather than the usual bright and sunny).

I got no problem watching it on any of my PCs if you mean being "dark", it's bright aside from the fog.

Oh wait all this time I have been viewing someone else's play through and he has set his brightness to full :D

Which is why i thought yours was a bit darker
