omg the backround is just so fucking awesome. I miss this game, only thing i didnt like about it though was you had to buy your specials. made it too easy with the money and what not. it's more of a challenge for me with sp. in my opinion out of all 3 i think superstar saga was probably the best and the most fun to play. I miss mario and luigi being able to fire hand and lightning hand. the specials were cool and original too. they could even do advanced which owned.

k, so I made it one of my childhood missions to complete this game and beat the fugly mushroom that they call "Princess Shroob". but it never happened. And since I'm too busy to play this anymore, I wanted to see the ending.

it was pretty cool how the ufo attacks were based on the firehand and thunderhand from the first game

her first form i just to used the trampoline to take out the shields then again to kill her.

next form was annoying because she kept on healing 80 hp per turn so i had to start over.

third form was a b*tch i used the big ifre flower to take out all of her tentacles lower torso and the crown and trampolines her to death

Her tentacle feet swipe took out Baby Luigi leaving Baby Mario hard to defend. She attacked, and i knew it was over.

funny thing with how i beat this boss, i killed it with only luigi left, it had the crown in all legs, i was about to die, she did that attack with the ships, i got fried from all but one which would have killed me but i timed it, it hit her doing 1 damage i thought i was finished but then she began to die and i was like OH MY GOD, i did not turn my ds off, was at lv. 25 or something fighting her, ds was on for a week, untill she died, i did a lot of charging that week @_@

Notice something in the M@L series.Each final boss has a special way to die.

Cackletta:died as any other boss,but was much more powerful it pushed mario and luigi outside bowletta

Elder princess shroob:same as any other boss,just different sound effects

Dark bowser: black lines instead of white right before he exploded (also explosion was dark blobs instead of stars)

I made a mistake. If you do 2110 at EU version or JP, it will probaly count as 1400 because her defense ratio is much higher on the EU and JP version.

it took about a half hour to beat this boss for me, in fact that:

1. I suck at dodging attacks

2. I suck at doing attacks

3. She can attack multiple times

4. She has tons of HP

5. i died very often, so that Shroob the elder had more chances to attack.

Well, at least, i beat her in my first try, but GOD if it was difficult! I Know what you guys mean.

Theres a thing that relates to Mario and Luigi super star saga. When the princess shroob's fat sister shot that ball of energy at the UFO's, one caught on fire and one went staticy with lightning. In super star saga, Luigi could use lightning and mario could use fire. The ones on fire went at Mario and ones that had lightning went after luigi.
