this song is awesome. i prefer hana's voice over that of anastacia. but the style of this version is different than the version with anastacia. and i liked the style of the version with anastacia more. it was kind of darker, more fitting to the lyrics in my opinion. i wish they would've done this song just like the anastacia version, i'd love to hear hana take anastacia's part in that exact same song

@blancaphoenix007 I'm 99.9% sure that they are dating. I think an interview confirmed it but most interviews tend to hint at it. When they say his girlfriend's mum pestered him into checking out Carly Smithson, I believe that was Hana's mum :)

If you have doubts, I ask you this. We assume Amy and Ben were together at some point before Fallen was made, they were in their late teens then. And if you look at pictures of Ben from that era, he looks SO young. In the pic you are referring to, he doesn't look that young. Also, he sports that very same hairstyle in WATF, so it's definitely taken recently (as in sometime in the last year).

@blancaphoenix007 As to if the two are dating or not, I'm not clearly sure, however, she updated around newyears with a pic of her and her fam stating that her, her fam, and ben were headed to New York. The only reason I could think for them to be taking a trip together with family thats not part of tour is because of some sort of relationship be it very platonic or more involved.

@FireflyFanatic3 Ben Moody and Anastacia originally recorded the song for the Fantastic 4 soundtrack, but Ben decided to re-recorded it later with Hana Pestle for his Mutiny Bootleg EP released in 2008.

@FireflyFanatic3 Well the original version was Ben Moody ft. Avril Lavigne, then the producers chose Anastacia 'cause they wanted a more powerful voice, and that is the official one. Later Ben recorded this version for his EP in 2008 featuring Hana Pestle.

Personally I prefer Anastacia's version and I'm veeeery curious to listen to the Avril Lavigne's version, but the track's never been released.

I like the original more, mostly because they sing the tone third chord in the chorus differently here (lower) which does not good on the melody. This version pretty much sounds like an ' acoustic version' of the one htat was released with anastacia (well, musically wise)

@FireflyFanatic3 haha actually I clicked it cuz I love Hana Pestle and her voice and style was evanescence-esque, but I was reluctant cuz ben moody's a jerk (what with leaving ev on tour and we are the fallen and all) I love the song though... You're right, he is a good song writer. I didn't know he sang like that. I feel guilty saying it but.. I love this song now haha :)

I much prefer this version to Anastacia's version, Hana's vocals are lovely and are much more suited to the song IMO.
