I don't think anybody has the exact figure on how much money has been spent...can you provide a respectable source that can list actual money spent vs money approved for the program?
Yea, but the total cash outlay to the taxpayers was only $300 billion. And that was lessened by asset sales over the following years. In contrast the banksters are getting trillions this time.
