The video is good. This workout would fits for me since I don't have enough time to go to the gym regualrly. I do wanted to share a link of a site that helps you develop a lean muscular look you always after. It offers workout and dietary plans that you could follow in order to build muscles and looses that fats quicker that ever. Youtube won't allow me to post the link of the site. You can check it always on my profile.
Is this a good thing to start? I am working at my house with a few dumbells and thats it. i have all the time in the world and I know im eating right.
@nfarnham2008 u shld be eating enough that it would make you fat. then apply weight lifting and ur body will use the calories and protien to build the muscle back larger and stronger
Thank you for your comment and for sharing Paul's workout. This is actually part one of the whole workout, the second part "How to Exercise at home" is a continuation.
i like the modified pull ups on the chairs i do that on my bench when i'm bench pressing but i get no motion Great idea ill have to find some high chairs
You right, you probably won't get full range of motion on the bench press. Paul has a lot of interesting ideas when it comes to bodyweight. We are glad to put up some of his videos.
